“ This cafe is super quaint, homely and comforting. The whole place has a super chill vibe and is a great place to read a book or chat while sipping a drink It's also super affordable Mocha and Chai latte were delicious!! (Edit: I read a previous review that found the Chai latte a bit mild - the owner seems to have switched back to bagged Chai and it was really nice) ”
“ Since I left New Zealand, this is the best coffee I had in North America. The atmosphere is great and plenty of great books to read. Loved this place! ”
“ I've been here many times, and today I decided to stop in for a cappuccino because I wanted a nice quiet place to work on a project. The amount of books they have is amazing. It's like they took all your favorite authors and put them in one coffee shop, combining the best of both worlds. Lots of little nooks to read and relax while having a beverage, or a bite to eat. It's definitely a great place if you just need a moment to yourself and de-stress or just an intimate coffee date. The owners are also always friendly and welcoming. ”
“ My local coffee haunt. Many of the my friends and neighbours come here. Great coffee and books and the owners add much colour to the coffee shop. Not a cookie cutter coffee shop. ”

“ Very cozy and quaint cafe on Lakeshore. Friendly staff. Makes you want to sit in and enjoy your cuppa joe. I was in a rush and ordered my coffee to go - a latte in oat milk - and it was delicious, creamy and strong. I will be sure to make time to sit in next time I visit the area. ”
